My friend has OE and is presently trying to download a
slew of pictures sent to them by a friend. There are
nineteen pictures and I think they must be HUGE files. It
says it's downloading 1 thru 19 but never does. It shows
busy but although they've tried for 20 mins or so, nothing
dowloads. Can this operation be stopped. Natually, no
other mail can come in.

Appreciate any help you can give us. Thanks
 
Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folders) see if it helps.

Check with the Internet provider, see if there is a limit on the download.
