Using what email program? If using OE, click the paper clip on the message
window and select Save or Open. May need to change the security settings in
OE's Tools> Options> Security before the attachment is accessible.
Also, do you know what type of file the attachment is? To view the file's
contents, you'll need to have a program installed that can handle the file
type.
