Attachments

I have Norton Anti-Virus and since installing it I have
not been able to open any e-mail attachments. What could
I do to remedy this?

Are u using outlook express and are all the files not
accessible or only the powerpoint files?

In an Outlook Express window, click Tools> Options> Security to find the
settings for how attachments will be handled by this program. Your new
antivirus software may have additional settings for email attachments.
Review the settings and the Norton help file for more info.
