I have to write a macro to display the following into an Excel spreadsheet.

SenderName
To
Subject
SentOn
Attachment

I have looked for an hour now and can't seem to find out how to only check
that there is an attachment to the email. I don't need to open it but the
filename would be nice.

Mike, the MailItem has an Attachments property, which in turn has a Count
property. You can easily explore all of an object´s methods, properties and
events by using the Object Browser (F2). Most of them will provide you
additionally with samples by clicking F1.
