Ever since I downloaded your new spyware I am
unable to open any attachments from friends. The only ones
I can open are ones from the same internet provider that I
have. I was in contact with your support phone service and
they told me that nothing could be done. I hope you can
correct this glitch ASAP.

We should be able to get this fixed right here.

Can you describe what email client software you are using, name a kind of
attachment you can't open (word doc, etc?) and say just what happens--do you
get an error message, for example?

Do you get any alerts from Microsoft Antispyware when you try to open an
attachment?

Have you tried uninstalling Microsoft Antispyware, via Control Panel, Add or
Remove programs?
