dowdload all patchs when ever i get a attachment in my email i can never

If the patches you want to open are coming as attachments to emails
supposedly from Microsoft, be thankful that you cannot open them! Microsoft
NEVER, repeat NEVER, sends patches or updates as attachments to emails;
these emails are nothing more than inducements for you to virus-infect your
computer.
