attachments

i have been sent important attachments (microsoft word) but when i try to
open it asks me for 25 digit on a yellow sticker, supposedly on the back of
cd I thought this was the tower but i have white sticker & 24 digits. It also
says this can be found on my authenticity certificate, which i cannot find.
been trying to contact customer care but to no avail

This is your Works Suite (which includes Word) or MS Office (which has Word,
Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.) CD Key.
Look through the CD's that came with your computer. The one that has your
Works, or Office CD in it, has the key sticker.

would the sticker have been on the packaging(which i thrown away) or will it
be on the disc?
