Attachments - winmail.dat

Mike G.

People are unable to open attachments when I send a .jpeg
or .gif attachment. The receive a winmail.dat file
instead.
I have looked for a setting in Options but can not locate
the area to solve the problem.
I have tried various applications - Picture It, Photo
Shop, and ULead Photo Express - all with the same results.
Any suggestions out there?

You are using Rich Text format. Switch to HTML or Plain Text format to be
more compatible with other mailclients. You can do this in Tools-> Options->
tab Mail Format.
