Attachments open in Microsoft Picture Manager

I was't having a problem with this before; but recently something has
changed. I am unable to open attachements. They keep opening in Microsoft
Picture Manager. My operating system is Vista and my Outlook is 2003. Would
you please help me?

what type of attachments are they? Locate the same type in My Documents
folder, right click on one and choose Open With... then select the program
you prefer and click the box to always use the program.
