How do I reply on a message with an attachment that would allow the
attachment to stay with the message? What I mean is when you reply to a
message with an attachment, the attachment automatically detaches from the
original message. Any way to keep the attachment to the message?

Thank you in advance.

Not out of the box, but, why would you want to? The person you're replying
to already has the attachment, don't they?

Well, sometime, actually a lot of times, I need to reply all and maybe add
one or two more cc's when working on a project and certain attachments need
the attention of others who may not have seen the original mails.

Forward it, and if you need to include text to the original person that is
applicable to the others, cc them.

Reply, add your other recipients, then drag the reply from the original
message to the reply.
