Attachments not able to be opened

Outlook express intermitenly will not allow me to open
some attachments sent. Outlook express states it has
removed the "dangerous attachements". The attachments
are from people that I know well and sending me documents
that I need.

Can anyone tell me how to correct this problem.

Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup, use Google (since this question has
been asked and answered tens of thousands of times), and click
Tools>Options>Security.
