Attachments Lost

I send messages to a co-worker (I'm using Outlook 2002 and
he is using Outlook Express) with an attachment (MS Word)
but there is no attachment showing when he receives the
message. Where is it??
 
If he's running IE 6 SP1, tell him to open OE and do this:

Click on Tools > Options > Security [tab]. Under Virus Protection section, uncheck "Do not allow attachments.....", then click on the Apply & OK buttons.

Are you sending in Rich Text Format? OE won't read that. Send in Plain Text
or HTML instead.
