attachments in Outlook e-mails

If I use the word "attachment" or "attached" in an e-mail, I would like
Outlook to ask me if I meant to add an attachment. I would like this to
happen even if I have the help assistant turned off. Many people I know
(including myself) forget to attach things they say they are trying to send.
A reminder would be VERY helpful.

Thanks!
