What, if anything, determines how a file is attached in
Outlook?
Sometimes it is put in the ATTACHMENT bar, other times it
is INSERTED in the body of the message.
I would like to set it to always be in the ATTACHMENT bar.

Thanks
Jim

Never mind................I found it.

In outlook, under TOOLS..OPTIONS..MAIL FORMAT....
If your Mail is set to HTML, then the attachment will be
placed in the Attachment BAR below the Subject Bar.

If your MAIL is set up as RICH TEXT, it will put the
attachment in the BODY of the E-Mail.
