Attachments from folders

When I attempt to e-mail an attachment from a folder, example a photo from
my Photo folder, it attaches and shows an e-mail message. I add the person
address I want to send to, then click on send. But the message does not
leave my computer. I verify this by attempting to send to myself. When I
open a message and use the insert option everything works properly. It just
won't email from a folder?

I haven't corrected this problem yet but determined all my attempts to send
e-mail from a folder location ended up in M/S Outlook and when I did a
send/receive they were sent out. The problem is that I'm not using M/S
Outlook, I'm using Window mail. I closed my acct in M/S outlook but this did
not correct my problem.

Set Winmail default under Control Panel | Default programs. See if that
helps.

Bite by Microsoft Office Outlook. Solving this problem turned out to be
simple, go into Default Programs and select Windows mail and select all 3
defaults for Windows mail. For some reason 2 of them doesn't seem like they
apply but they do. Fixed the problem where I now can go to a folder and
e-mail like it was with Outlook Express with no problems.

I've found that Vista and Office 2007 is great, its just that its new and
you must look for harder to find the functions you used with 2003. example
adding a protection, password , to your excel sheets, it took me 2 weeks to
find that function.
