attachment to email forms

I manage my company's intranet using FP 2002 and we extensively use forms
through email for staff to order items from our warehouse.

They have requested the ability to attached a cover letter to their order
that would go out with the items shipped.

Is there a way to attach documents to an email submitted form?

Not possible when using the FP Form Handler, and even with use ASP or other server-side script, the
file would have to be uploaded first, then the script would have to grab it and attach it to the
email.
