attachment long filename

Hi,
i've a problem with MAPI in vb.net. I want my program to be able to write
on the harddrive attac hments from the mails in outlook inbox.
Everything is already working fine except one thing: filenames of the
attachments are cuted to 8 chars (I am using 'name' property of the object
which is 'mapi.attachment' type)
Have You got any idea how to retrieve full attachment filename?
