Attachment line no longer prints - HELP!

I have a user that needs to print responses, especially when they have
attachments.

When she use to print the replies she sent (from the SENT ITEMS
folder) the "Attachments: xxx" line would print. Now it does not. Is
there a setting somewhere that turns this behavior on and off? The
rest of the e-mail, both above and below the "Attachments: " line
print fine.

Version of Outlook? Format of Message?
