Attachment disappear

Hello Seow,
Are you using Word as your email editor? Is Word a different version than
Outlook?
Is it a particular type of attachment or all attachments? Is it always the
same users, is it random, or is it everyone?

Strange, I have user using OL 2000 though has set using plain text or html,
are still not able to send attachment to the some receipients using OE.

Plse advise.

Hi Orland,

OE is set as email editor. Both Word & Outlook are the same version ( i.e,
from Office 2000 std)

It's all attachment and it is always the same users.

Got it! The issue resolved when I upgrade to outlook 2003.
