We used to attach shortcuts to e-mail which would give easy access to
documents on our network to end-users.
With Outlook 2003 the .lnk (shortcut) files are now blocked so this
procedure no longer works well.
I'd like to attach URL to the body of the e-mail message allowing users to
access these files. Is ther an easy way to highlight the file and attach the
exact URL without having to type it in manually.
Some URL's are long and the opportunity for mis-typing is too great. Any
suggestions welcome. Even if you know a better way I can accomplish this.
