If you mean a worksheet, then not as such. You can however, copy the
individual sheet to a new workbook and attach that.

A worksheet or tab must always be part of a workbook or file. A
tab cannot exist on its own. You'll have to make a new workbook
containing only the tab you want and attach that file.
