Attaching documents

Please help....

Is it possible to attached documents into a field in access? I have a
database which records information about ongoing cases. Users now wish to be
able to attach minutes of meetings and reports regarding the cases into the
database. Is there a way to do this. ( Users don't have access to the
design view or any special features etc).

Thanks in advance!
 
You can have a field that is a Hyperlink. All users will need to have access
to where the file is stored.
