Attaching Documents Using Outlook 2003

A user at where i work is getting this error message everytime she trys to
attached a file, doc or pic to her email.
"Cant create file: error message.bmp. Right-click the folder you want to
create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder." note the image is not in a folder. i tryed
it attached it to another email, loggin in with a different account the file
was able to send.

Clear out the Outlook Secure Temp Folder.
