Hello to all

I am trying to attach a prepared email to my boss so that when they get my
message they can open the attachment and just give it a once over and hit
send so that the attachment now becomes the message being sent.

thanks

And what's the problem you are having?

My apologies Gordon-

The problem is i can't make it work. I have tried saving it attaching it as
an item, i have tried using the send to mail recipient function as well as an
outlook routing function. I just need the boss to open attachment, eithier
add to or just agree and then just hit send
thanks

What happens when you try? Create the "prepared" message, save it to your
Drafts folder, create the message to your boss, and drag the draft message
to the body of the message to the boss.

Hello-
I appreciate the help, but the suggestions are not working for me. Dragging
the attachment seems to almost take care of my problem other than the send
button not being active. I need the send button to be active so my boss
doesn't have to copy and paste the message and recipients into another
message and then send it.

thanks

Once it's in the boss's Drafts folder, he should be able to right-click it
and choose Forward, provided 1) he has a mail account defined in Outlook and
2) you filled in the addresses before you sent him the draft so that they're
there when he saves it.
