Nadia

Hi,

I receive many emails that have attachments. In the body of the email,
where the pictures, etc.) are suppose to appear, they don't appear. I'm
using WM, Norton's 360 Security. I already checked under Tools, Options,
Security and the box for "Blocked Images & other external context in HTML is
not checked.

Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Thanks,

Hi Peter,

Boy every problem I'm having seems to be with Norton's. When I uninstall
Norton's with the link that you provided, how do I reinstall it?

Thanks.

You reinstall it the same way it was originally installed.

Make sure you test Windows Mail after using the Norton removal tool,
just to make sure the culprit has been found.

You don't reinstall it. You get some other non-invasive antivirus program.
