attached pictures instead of embedded

Is there a setting in Outlook that will let me force embedded images to be
attachments. I have a client that sends me images that are embedded in the
body of the email but I want them to be attachments. I think there's a way
for me to set my incoming messages to change all embedded images to
attachments but not sure. I don't have the option to tell the client to use
attachments instead of embedding. I need to handle this on my end.
