Attach to ACT contact(s) ? on opening of Outlook

I get the following error when I start Outlook, How can
I get rid of it? I have opened ACT(contact manager)and it
still appears.

Error is: You must run ACT at least once before you can
use this feature.

Version is 2002 with sp-2
