.ATT File Extension - Help!

C

chris

I've just added a form to my website and have chosen to
have the results of the form sent to my home e-mail
address. the resulting file is an .ATT extension which my
pc doesnt know how to open. Microsofts file extension
guide didn't know what sort of extension it was either
even though the subject of the e-mail is Form Posted From
Microsoft Internet Explorer. You'd have thought they'd
know what it is.
Can anyone help??
reply to my home e-mail direct if possible.....ta!
thanks
chris

Hi Chris,

I don't know how you got that file and where it came from, but it could be
an ATTachment. Filext.com also suggests AT&T Group 4 Bitmap (fax) that can
be viewed in XnView.

Kind regards
