MY PC is not decteting the HDMI Audio feataure of 'ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro'

I am trying to Connect my Samsung LCD TV with my PC equipped with 'ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro' using HDMI to HDMI cable. I got the Video singnals working fine, but no Audio coming out from TV.

I googled the trouble to find a whole bunch for pleople with simialr issues with ATI Radeon series VGA card which claims to have in built 5.1 hdmi AUDIO.

My configs
Windows XP Home SP2
Catlyst contrloller installed 8.1
ATI Radeon HD 2600 driver installed
ATI HDMI Driver installed
Microsoft UAA High Defintion Audio Driver installed
Latest motherboard diver istalled (HP OEM with v3.47)

When the card was inserted first time...windows dected it as follows
1) VGA Card and installed Radeon HD 2600 Pro driver
2) PCI Device and Installed Microsoft UAA High Definition Audio Driver
3) My default monitor and installed its drivers
4) My TV as a Plug and Play monitor and installed its drivers.

However it did not dected any other device to go as Sound device. All I can see under the playback device in Sound Manger is my Onboard RealtekAC'97. Any suggestion was what could be stopping my PC to dectect the Audio Feature of the 'ATI Radeon HD 2600 Pro'?
