ATI Radeon 9000 - Problemi d'installazione

Come da oggetto ho una Ati Radeon 9000 e ho un problema nell'installazione.
Ho scaricato dal sito il file "wxp-w2k-catalyst-8-111-050222a-021277c"
ma ad un certo punto dell'installazione mi dice:

Setup non è riuscito a completare l'installazione.
Provare a configurare la scheda video con un driver VGA
standart prima di eseguire setup.

Da premetere prima funzionava tutto è successo quando ho deciso di
reinstallare windows che si è verificato quest'errore.
Altra cosa strana: durante l'installazione di windows mi dice che ha
bisogno del file VIAAFP1.SYS contenuto nel VIA AGP Filter Driver Disk.
Sarà per questo che non mi permette di installare la scheda video.

file "VIAAGP1.SYS" in "VIA AGP Filter Driver Disk": it will be for that
it does not allow me to install the card video?
