ATI Radeon 7500 64mb video card

I have removed and reinstalled several times-I have
downloaded and installed the latest catylst.
Problem: Most of the time when I boot up, the screen is
corrupt! After rebooting two or three times, it will
clear up.
I cannot find any articles on this anywhere??
Does anyone have any suggestions??

Have you tried the same card in a different PC, and a different card in your
PC? It could be a bad card...
