ATI Multimedia diagnositc "PC CHECK"

Anyone know where I can get a copy of this? I want to see if it will
help resolve the audio/video sync problem. I searched the ATI site
but somehow can't seem to find the download. Thanks.
 
On the ATI Multimedia task bar click on MultiMedia Center Configuration. One
of the tabs is PC Check.
