It is too expensive. The nVidia GF7900GTO is just as good, if not
better for half the price. Read the specs. Also, the All-in-Wonder
cards are laggy in games in general. If you buy ATI, get the
non-AIW card.
yeh..i should probably explore the second option....becuase i have a
friend from university that is working at ati now, and i get it for 50
% off retail price...so im gonna go ati for sure...probly better to buy
a vid card and tv tuner seperately...im not really considering nvidia
or anything else..cuz i get it for 50 percent..so even if an ati and
nvidia are equal in quality.. i will go for ati cuz of the
price...since im gettin it 50 % off...do you styll suggest nvidia or is
ati that bad...
can't tell who the hell you were talking to, as that person made it to my
kill file long ago, however, he -she- it sounds like a nvidia fanboy and
couldn't give you any good advice about video cards if they wanted to. AIWs
make having a multimedia PC possible with very little sacrafice. I have not
used the 1900 however have used many nvidia cards and ATI. The AIW is a
great card. Reliable, I still use a 128 rage AIW in an old PIII, works
perfectly. If your getting 50% off, there is NO question where/what you
should buy.
thanks for the advice...what im gonna do is..since i get any ati
product for 50% off retail...im gonna get a good video card..and the
ati tv tuner seperately....i tihink thatsa better way to go...the thing
is he can only get 6 items every 4 months....and i dont think hed like
the idea of me selling them on here...so yeh...thats a good idea but
risky..and ati would screw me over...hes my friend..but he's styl an
ati..so i ono if he will like that idea.lol....but yeh...x1900 aiw for
300....
