I was wondering how much is anyone willing to pay (max) for this type of
videocard?

Brand new is around $155 to $170 depending on where you shop. You probably
won't get much over $100 for a used one...maybe $115 if you offer a
guarantee.

The average completed listing price on Ebay is in the $130-140US range.

besides actual performance you have those that want to buy just for
the right to own a card that was once top of the line. still a good card
I am sure. IOW, the fact it was once TOTL makes it more valuable. called
the Novelty effect.

Ok, but isn't it an american company? I live in canada... so id have to pay
shipping and handling in U.S currency...

If you're the seller it is. If you're the buyer then you'd do better to get
a new X800 from Newegg for the same price.

If that $250 is Canadian then the deal looks a lot better.
 
With the new cards coming out I think you would be lucky to get
$200 Can. for it. Check the prices on Ebay.
