ATI 9000 Reboots Computer

I put a new STL 128mb Radeon 9000 ($45 at Fyrs) into my very stable Cel.
1.1, 512mb with WinXP and latest drivers from ATI.. It replaced an ATI Rage
128 32mb card...it was slow but stable.

Any input on this card, or is it just a fluke. Only happened once in five
days.

I tried the STL 9200 128mb from Frys. The image quality really sucked and
the card was slow. I had gotten them for 69.00 but took them back.
