Yes. The AT command works the same way within virtual machines as it does
on physical machines. With the proper parameters, it will perform a
scheduled shutdown and reboot of a virtual machine. A shutdown utility
will be needed such as shutdown.exe from the Windows 2000 Resource Kit.
