associating with Gzipped Postscript (.ps.gz) but not Gzipped (.gz)

Is there any way to associate a file type with the extension .ps.gz but not
with the extension .gz? I want my Gzipped Postscript (.ps.gz) files to open
with GhostView, but , for example I don't want Gzipped Tar Archives
(.tar.gz), plain Gzipped files (.gz), etc. to do so.

As far as I know, that cannot be done in windows....
