Assigning Unique Numbers

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone could help me sort something out...

I've got a template for a invoice system on Excel 97. Nothing fancy
really just like the one include from microsoft. Anyway, I had t
reinstall Excel and this has reset the unique number that it i
possible to give buy clicking the "Assign a number" button. I reall
need to get this number to be 4000ish, and dont really fancy clickin
through to that!

So if anyone could help me it would be great!
