Assigning password to shared XP hard drive

I just upgraded from Win 2000 Pro to XP Pro. When I shared one of my hard drives on Win2000, I could assign a password to it for access. In XP, I can't figure how to do this. I need to allow other systems in my home to have read/write access and I want to assign a passsword for this type of access.
