Hi
My key board has had 2 key strokes switched.
shift 2 returns - @
shift ' returns - "
how do I switch this back

Not sure, but maybe Keyboard Layout has changed. Take a look at:

1. Control Panel - Regional and Languages Options
2. From Languages tab click Details button.
3. The default Input language is: "English (United States) - US" and default
Installed Services are Keyboard - US. Set them to as per requirement.

Hope this is what you are looking for, let us know!

Both of those are normal here in the USA.

You're set for the US keyboard layout. Change to the UK layout at Control
Panel | Regional and Language Settings. On the Languages tab, click Details,
then go the Settings tab.
