Assigned Task Problems - HELP

I am using Office 2002 and having trouble with opening or deleting
assigned tasks. I have noticed that others using Office 2003 could
uninstall the KB892843 update but this update cannot be found in add
remove programs.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

go to control panel then add/remove programs. At the top of add remove
programs check the box that says "show updates". Assuming you are using XP
 
Hello Chonn.
Yes, I have done that...cannot find KB892843, not listed at all.
Just recently we upgraded to Office 2003 and still having problems, and
no sign of the KB892843 again.
