Assign permissions by VBA macro

I have a group employees who have access some 30 subs in
my folderlist, I have to autorise them. If I want to add
or remove a member I have to do so for all individual
directory. Is there an easy (faster) way to assign
permissions for several directories, i.c. by VBA macro?
The option Copy Folder Design is hardly a solution since I
have to perform this for every directory allso.

Any suggestions?
