i have a standalone win xp pro desktop.

it is connected to the wireless network and its share is found by computer2
in the network.

how can i assign the shared folder only accessible by computer2 (not users
created in desktop)?

Share permissions work only by useraccount.

With a firewall you can, however, block access to all but a specific IP
address. The ports you need to block to prevent file-sharing are 137,138,139
and 445. That is not entirely secure as a determined intruder could change
the IP of another computer, but it will suffice for most purposes.

If the computer is on a network, then it is not a "standalone" computer.

You cannot, Windows networking permissions are based upon user
permissions, not computers.
