Assign CPU affinity ?

Is there a way on Win2K Pro to permanently assign a CPU
affinity to a particular application or ensure it runs
each time with a custom selection ?

I know that you can run applications via a batch file
command to have them load with custom priority each time
and was hoping whether a similar solution was available
for assigning a particular CPU affinity in a
multiprocessor setup.

Apparently there is a utility called 'Imagecfg.exe' that
is supplied in the resource kits for WinNT4 and Win2K Data
Centre editions that can assign this, however Win2K Pro
seems to have missed out. Assuming I cannot get this
utility for Win2K or that it wouldnt work if I could is
there any alternative method ?

Thanks for any assistance.
