Hi, I just put a system together without a floppy drive. Would it be possible
to use Automatic System Recovery without a floppy? I dont think so actually,
but maybe someone knows.

greetings,
Roger

I also was trying to make a backup on a system that doesn't have a floppy.
Is there a way to do this?

The backup program was written well before the manufacturers decided to pull
floppy drives to save a buck. Actually, it was the consumers clamor for ever
cheaper PC's.

A floppy disk IS necessary. You can buy a drive for about 10-15 dollars
today.
