Hi

With Windows NT4 and Windows 2000 we have always made emergency repair
disks.
Now in Windows 2003 that feature is gone and I have the ASR feature.
Lets say I have a tape-drive on my server, then I suppose that ASR i useful.

But lets say I have 10 servers without a local tape-drive , how can I use
ASR?

Regards Mikael

Do an ASR backup to a file and copy it over the network to another server for
safe keeping. If you need to restore, use the original copy.
If you disk gets wiped, format and copy the network version back.
