ASPNET_regiis step through

Hello

Can anyone point me to a url that provides a step by step description of
what aspnet_regiis does. I understand that bascially it is registering
ASP.net with IIS but i want to know more.

It re-installs the .NET Framework into IIS. It re-creates the ASPNET user
account.
