ASP.Net Framework2 and webparts

I just wondered how I can create webparts using the ASP.NET 2.0 and use it
within the current sharepoint portal server which is probably not using
Framework 2.0?

ASP.NET 2.0 uses a different framework than the current Sharpoint. They're
very similar, but the ASP.NET 2.0 has done its own implementation. The next
version of Sharepoint will be built on top of the 2.0 implementation.
