asp.net error code 128

I just installed .net. Started up asp.net and when I tried to run with f5 i'm getting an error code 128. Any suggestions?

I started by opening a new asp project. I added one label just to see if it would display but I can't get past the compilation. I have checked my IIS and user passwords. My aspnet user is a member of vsdevelopment. I tried making it a member of admin but that didn't help
Any suggests would be appreciated
