ASP.NET debugging error

When I build my ASP.NET project in Visual Studio.NET, it gave me the
following error:

"Error while trying to run project: unable to start debugging on the
web server. The project is not configured to be debugged."

any workarounds to the problem? Now I couldn't debug the ASP pages.
